THE PROBLEM:

While Kirby Foods was the first of the 1,000 national IGA stores Kirby Foodsto have a website, not much growth had happened since then. In the light of new and fierce competition from the ‘big-box retailers’ they needed to be able to reach out to individual customers and understand what makes them choose to shop with them.  They needed to lower advertising and promotional costs.   They also wanted to provide more incentives for the individual customers to find value with choosing a Kirby Foods’s store.
